With this letter I would like to express my interest in
studying at the University of Jeddah as a student of the faculties of
Informatics and Informatics.
I am currently studying a master degree majoring in
information systems at the University Gunadarma. After reading the material
from my university department abroad, I thought it would be great to find a
possibility to study at the faculty of the IT department at the University of
Jeddah. I have decided to apply for this program because I am sure it will
greatly enrich my future study and help me in my future career. Moreover, I
regard this program as a great opportunity to keep pace with the very rapid
technological developments. Last but not least, I am very curious about various
technological approaches in foreign universities.
I chose to apply at Jeddah University because I like the
study system very much. I really appreciate the different modules offered and
the freedom to make your study plan. Many of the modules offered are unique to
me because there is no equivalent for my home university. It is important for
me to also be an "excellent" assessment for the training of the technical
department and the overall friendly atmosphere, both at the university and in
the city. The third important reason why I chose the University of Jeddah is a
research institute for urban and regional policy. It specializes in
interdisciplinary research into important regional and urban policy issues, ie
technological areas that I find very familiar.
During my previous studies, I discovered that I wanted to
specialize in information technology. Jeddah University gave me the opportunity
to get in touch with these topics through modules from the information
technology department. In my last year at Gunadarma University I worked on the
study of information systems. I really like my project and I want to continue
it. I want to use my stay in Saudi Arabia to further develop my skills in
empirical research and work on my diploma project. Possibilities that gave me
support at Jeddah University. I would like to follow a module that focuses on
information technology and European studies.
I really want to spend a semester at the University of
Jeddah. This gives me the opportunity to deepen my technological knowledge in
an inspiring, creative and cosmopolitan environment of one of the largest
universities in the Arab world. Furthermore, I can improve my English and gain
more confidence in achieving the TOEFL test after I have returned. Moreover, I
believe that my experience with gunadarma will be very exciting, fun and
valuable for my general studies and general development.
